Good PS4 game pad?

I come from the Xbox 360, so switching to Ps4, while nice, has found me having a lot of issues with the PS4 D-pad.

I simply cannot use the sticks, though I've been trying.

That said, anyone have recommendations for a good controller with a good D-pad?

Mad Catz fightpad is coming. I use the xbox360 fight pad and it works great.

Hori Fighting Commander 4. Not perfect but decent, can find them on ebay. Allegedly some longevity problems on previous model but that seems pretty normal these days.
