DOA5U wanted Costumes

Every trench coat I've ever seen for both men and women was between the knee and ankle in length.

The majority of modern trench coats come up about 1-2 inches above your knee but of course the old school style still exists. Also I never thought about the longer ones protecting a suit in rain that's a good idea (not that I'd ever buy a long-@ss trenchcoat though. XD)

Momiji is the only one with both. Leon's legacy may pass as a casual DLC by appearance but still, I don't think it's enough.

My point is, nobody actually got left out. Except Alpha. And I can think Momiji getting both can be excused, so long as in the next volume-pack another newcomer/returnee gets both. And another in the next, etcetera.

I don't think Bayman's coat was on standard too if we were to follow this.

I still think it's too soon to introduce the new swimsuits and that a new legacy or casual DLC would race the hype more as it caters to everyone's interests and that it doesn't pick a specific gender.

Agreed. Like I said before, with the exception of swimsuit hybrids, bikini dlc is getting old. And the one I saw Kasumi wearing doesn't even look that good. Now if both girls AND guys are getting swimsuits then I'd be more okay with it (but let's face it that's not going to be the case).

Likewise. I'd be fine if that was done instead. I'm also getting tired of Zack Island as the only stage to showcase the swimsuits. They could just bring back and remodel the Freedom Survivor's ballroom into some Victoria's Secret runway fashion show and just cover the stairs with velvet ropes which would act like walls to hit on before rolling down the stairs (if TN is still reluctant to bring back stair throws).

I have to agree there, really. We certainly have more than enough swimsuits as is. Though, y'know, I personally love the idea of a kind of party pack. If only to get Hayate into a tux again. He looked damn good in that tux. It'd be pretty sweet if we could get some elaborate suits and dresses, as well.

Currently, there is about 5.5 swimsuit DLC packs (includes bunnies and reverse bunnies) + 3 legendaries.

Normal Lorelei gives all the girls who has formal gowns (Lisa as both La Mariposa and herself, Leifang, Sarah, Helena and Christie) and guys with suits (Bass, Jann Lee, Eliot, Rig) by default a purpose to have that costume.

I really hope DoAX2's Artemis shows up in the next swimsuit pack complete with the tiara, as it really adds that touch of elegance.

Elegance is not Tina's forte and adding more Venuses makes Helena's Mermaid Form not special anymore and I don't want that.

Besides, we are getting never-before-seen swimsuits.

Well, I'd be happy to see it on either Tina, Lisa, Christie, Helena, Rachel or even Mila. I dont really care about story or who's personality it fits, TBH. I just want someone to wear it because it looks awesome.
Secondly, I wasnt aware TN had confirmed all the new costumes would be original swimsuits. If thats true, I will still hope for something that is similar to the Artemis or Venus.

There's still some characters who didn't get to have one yet. I don't think it's giving them justice to get skipped on like that. Sure, the Legacy DLCs didn't cover up everyone too but and I still hope the rest gets their legacies as well. I mean both casual and legacies are type of DLCs that no one should get left behind.

With the exception of special full pack (like the Halloween or the Christmas) Team Ninja apparently seem to not want give to all the characters necessarily an outfit for every kind of DoA5U pack, at least judging by the Sport pack and the Casual pack. Personally I think that it's a nice thing, because also if it's sad for the characters left out (Zack would have been perfect for a casual outfit) at the same time this add more variety to the vestiary of the characters.

However if requested I think that TN will release a casual pack vol.3 (and about the swimsuit pack, I think that it's too much soon for it, the Kasumi pic was a sort of hint for a future incoming of it).

Not aware you say? While it may not be said that it was confirmed, the image of Kasumi's light blue babydoll and panties should have gave away a hint as that swimsuit didn't existed from any of the spinoffs.

Anyways, I beg to differ as I don't want anyone else to have a swimsuit that would outshine Helena's seashells.

with little skulls on her boots or maybe even a top hat or something lol. Love the whole Goth look and really hope they give her more of this kinda thing.

I think I prefer it if the dress was in a different color scheme, probably in black/dark purple or black/dark pink but I definitely love the choker.

With her animations I doubt she'll ever get a dress that long. It'd be clipping hell! xD

Lisa's dresses are also open at the sides. If you're referring to her black Lei-Fang stolen dress, and her Halloween costume. Oh and the gold one, but that splits down the middle and the costume itself doesn't seem to move at all.

By me:

Since Kasumi sports a biker jacket, I thought of two other characters, that could as well sport one.
I always found Ein's default outfit to be a little lame and outdated. If he has to wear a leather jacket and shades, why not like this? Looks cooler and more current imho.

Lol, I should have done other character designs than these. My prof. is going to be mad tomorrow. Oh well, I had fun!
