This. I'm not saying mila is the manliest girl ever, just that she is blatantly the biggest tomboy of DOA, outside of fangirling over bass Armstrong but even that in and of itself counts.
And more to the point, that she is much more masculine than the overtly womanly Rachel, which is why I argue Mila getting daidoji over her.
Rachel actually would look really good in miyabis outfit. Its like...a battle gown. And suits her aesthetic much better.
Seriously Rachel's super heavy makeup, on top of her "sexy walk" and crotch grind gimmick, is completely at odds with a bancho outfit lol. While I feel milas ground and pound fighting style and stance would suit it way better.

With this whole Rachel or Mila as Daidouji debate, I'm surprised nobody's brought up that Daidouji is one of the few, if not the only character in SK with noticeable makeup, which is present even in her oh-so-manly bancho outfit. Not to mention, Daidouji herself has natural blonde/very light brown hair, and her familiar crazy black mane is just a wig. Add to that other traditionally feminine features like a beauty mark, and Rachel makes for a surprisingly good analogue. Literally, since the character the costume comes from puts on a black wig, just do the same with Rachel and bam. Done.

See while I don't agree with Rachel being daidoji, nor do I recall her actually wearing makeup, at least that's an argument I can respect. Saying daidoji is feminine is a lot easier to swallow than trying to say Rachel is masculine lol.
Either way it looks like Rachel is daidoji which disappoints me but oh well. At least mila got a cool ninja outfit last pack, and sisnt get screwed by being thrown in the "bikini with a ninja mask" nonsense that was ninja pack 2. Its rare for her to get more cool stuff so I'll take what I can get lol.

I don't mean in just DOA5, I mean her actions overall. I mean for goodness sake, she ran out of the shower dancing naked infront of a window, while she acts feminine most definitely, she can easily act like one of the guys considering how she acts.

Happy to see Hitomi getting Yomi, also a bit surprised Christie didn't get Hikage.
It matches her bob hair since it seems like the same style in the pic and she seems to have bangs. Idk why they didn't give her Miyabi's hairstyle since it seemed easy.

Well it is clear that the main purpose was to tease Hitomi, but it is also a vague hint at Christie being Miyabi. If you look closely at Hitomi's hat, you can see Miyabi's sword (the handle that is). So that how we. An confirm Christie as Miyabi.
So if we are contemplating Hikage still my bet is on either Lisa or Mila now. This confirmed that for me. Lisa is a wild card. I am hoping she gets a cool one because I am so used to her getting either nothing or recycled costumes... but I am not complaining anything is better than nothing.
Sidenote : Miyabi is considered the serpent lady, so I guess it's still a good fit.

The problem here is that miyabis costume will be a clipping nightmare for Christies fighting style lol. Its part of why I was guessing Hikage as well.???
