Same. I read somewhere that Kasumi gave her the winnings after the first tournament. That sounds pretty friendly to me.
It says this much on the wiki at least:
"Tina made it into the finals but forfeited the last match. Kasumi won but she didn't take the prize money, therefore Tina took it instead."
