ya'know, i just found out about the contest like yesterday i haven't looked at any submissions yet.Awesome!
i was gonna make it very over the top and campy kinda rapper, probably a 80s hip hop type. oversized gold chain with a huge clock, oversized sunglasses. etc etc. ideas tho. nothing solid. or i could just do something completely horrifying since i've been titty deep in dark souls 3. hmmmmmm.....

I do have some ideas for a Kill La Kill pack that would be outdated but still cool and use the transformation mechanic from the Schoolgirl Strikers pack for most but not all chracters. I also want their hair to match the anime to cut down on clipping for some characters.
1. Kasumi as Ryuko Matoi. Base form would be Senketsu in his unsynchronized state. Transformed form would be synchronized Senketsu.
2. Phase 4 also as Ryuko. Base form would be Junketsu from the time Ryuko was brainwashed and forced to wear it. Transformed form would be Senketsu Kisaragi.
3. Ayane as Satsuki Kiryuin. Base form would be Junketsu in its normal state. Transformed would be overridden Junketsu.
4. Honoka as Mako Mankanshoku. Base form would be Mako's no-star school uniform. Transformed would be the fight club uniform, even though we already have two costumes similar to it for Rachel and Bass.
5. Ryu Hayabusa as Uzu Sanageyama. Base form would be the final black and gold 3-star goku uniform with mask. Transformed form would be Blade Regalia Mk IV without the mask.
6. Leon as Ira Gamagori. Base form would be the final black and gold 3-star goku uniform. Transformed form would be Shackle Regalia Mk III
7. Hayate as Houka Inumuta. Base form final black and gold 3-star uniform, transformed form Probe Regalia Mk III. I couldn't think of anyone else that fits. Maybe Rig.
8. Momiji as Nonon Jakuzure. Base form final black and gold 3-star uniform, transformed form Symphony Regalia Mk III.
9. Eliot as Shiro Iori. Base form would be his basic white goku uniform. Tranformed form would be Tailor's Regalia.
10. Ein as Mr. Mikisugi. Base form would be the scruffy teacher diguise. Transformed form would be his Nudist Beach "uniform."
11. Helena as Ragyo Kiryuin. Base form is the dress she wore at the Cultural and Sports Grand Festival. Transformed form would be the form Junketsu took when worn by Ragyo.
12. Christie also as Ragyo Kiryuin. Base form would be the plunging v-neck dress Ragyo usually wears. Transformed form would be Shinra Kouketsu.
13. Marie Rose as Nui Harime. Only one form.
14. Zack as Kaneo Takarada. Only one form.
15. Bayman as Tsumugu Kinagase. Only one form.

I'm thinking of doing a grim reaper Alpha but I feel it'd be too overdone (not to mention unoriginal) considering we already have two others. Though it'd make for a nice tag pairing with Phase. I'd have her black with ghostly white edges like that dark blue color she has. It'd be really cool to have her body be bare bone mixed with flesh but I think it'd be too much work for them and too gory even as jello for this game.
It's tough to think of something that would be obvious as a silhouette since that's all she is, TN can actually easily do, and is halloween related

You are aware of the fact that you can't just take designs from another series? That would be a copyright infringement and against the rules.

Last year when I thought it's related to eerie, ghost, and those related to dark stuff, I was wrong and told that Halloween is basically a random cosplay event. Then suddenly, this year's 'random cosplay' entries are said to be unrelated to Halloween.

People are having a hard time with this theme im seeing alot of cool entries that just wont work for this pack, you just have to think about it from their perspective. They're looking for generic/typical halloween themes, japanese demons, Animals etc. They dont seem to be fond of gore or anything too scary.

What is so hard to understand? Is there no Halloween or carnival where you live? It's disguising/masquerading...as basically anything. It doesn't need to be scary or dark. You can also dress up as an angel or a bunny if you want to. But casual designs like these posted on Facebook are certainly not disguising/masquerading:
People probably just want to load off all their costumes from past contests. Some I do recognize... We have aerobics Mila two times by the same artist:
Pretty sure the latter one was also a submission in the very first costume contest.

I think I might upload my design tomorrow if it comes out good. I really just couldn't think of what to make after seeing the thousands of designs that are already around. I wouldn't be surprised if my design has other designs that are similar since its a vampire hunter type one for Christie. Sex'd up of course to fit in with what TN wants.
I'll keep trying to come up with other designs since I really want to make something for Lisa considering how much I go on about her!

Hopefully what can get done before the may 15th deadline is aVampire hunter Christie and a Phoenix Lisa outfit which I know there's already a couple Phoenix outfits but whatever. And if they're finished and there's still time left I'll go back to the outfits from the 2014 or 2015 contest like the lioness Lisa and Pierrot Helena I don't remember and redesign them and send them in!
