My speculation. Brown text means already announced. Blue means cross-gender outfit.
The speculation is solely based on "who looks like who the most". Don't ask why I think Lisa is Kotaro. But I somehow sure it's going to happen. As for Hitomi, if they're not going to include Naotora's outfit, then she will wear Takakage's.

I think Tina or La Mariposa will get Koshosho. Goes well with their winning pose (especially Lisa's perfect one).
Also, for Leon, I hope it's gonna be Ujiyasu. It's the true loner lion of the serie. I also looks like a younger version of Leon.

Bayman would actually look cool in that... I mean, they stole his face for William...they could as well lend him William's costume for the upcoming DLC. :/
They can't really bring William as a guest character into DOA though because that would look kinda weird with those two identical twins.
