Honoka has one I think, you know her casual skirt and cow shirt with the black and white boots? The black skull shirt and army camo skirt outfit is technically the recolor of that outfit. And I don't remembrt exactly, but she may have a recolor of her overall and sweater costume.

LOL it's not a Recolor because it's different. if i wear a jeans today and tomorrow a camo jeans then it's not a recolor of that jeans it's just a different jeans, same with honoka she wears a different shirt and a different miniskirt so it's not a recolor

that's not a recolor because it's a different outfit. shoes are different panties are different skirt is different, honoka has a cow hanging on her hip on the other outfit and the other not, one shirt has a cow and the other one a skull, so yeah..... not a recolor, nice try though

I think its like Everytime they reach a Download goal on core fighters they unlock some Old DLC from ultimate for them Other then that Promotional Costumes like Marie Roses Redbull 5G Outfit

I hear Kasumi and Ayane are getting new costumes designed by Tamiki Wakaki I first thought it was just their costumes from that pack but apparently they're 100% brand new.

I think it might be next week. Better chance of it coming the 19th. The tatsunoko and free outfits will likely be released side by side.
