Every settings are available. But you'll always start with the school uniform first, so far I know.

Hopefully you can change Kasumi's too then. I doubt you can change Phase's since it's a special color

Funny how it's mostly MR/Honoka as the cover girls for the packs of that season.

MR three times [not counting the latest pack twice]
Honoka three times if you count the Season Pass exclusive costume
Kasumi once [The swimsuit one]
Ayane once [and even then Honoka shares it with her]

I wonder too, especially Honoka, since she has (drag n drop Hitomi's) hair which is new, instead of recolor like P4. But I ain't gonna shell out another $3.5

No. Don't buy Season Pass at all. Just wait and see, then buy what you like and need.

Season Pass is mainly for those who were gonna collect all the costumes anyway to save some money in the process, get a bonus exclusive costume, and doing everything in one giant order for consumer convenience sake.

Yes there are people that are like that. For example, just NA PSN PS4 there are at least 105 people [those who bothered to rate] who were wiling to pay over $90 for the first season pass costumes

Not much wonder why there was a S2 and wouldn't be surprised if there is a S3 despite DoA X3 happening soon.

Wow...I just completely don't care anymore. :/ And this is coming from an anime/manga fan (or at least I used to be one) these costumes/character designs also look all the same and I could have sworn they released the School Girls Strikers DLC already at least three times just with different names.
