It's a supposed "parody" fighting game that actually forces you to be good at fighting game fundamentals (spacing/space control).

Most importantly, the game is fun as hell. Lots of little in-jokes and nods to the FGC.

Ah, okay. I get that it's a joke, but I didn't think there was supposed to be anything serious about it. Is it taken seriously, or is it more of a "stupid fun" casual thing on the side at tournaments?
