It seems DOA4 could become playable sooner than we thought, on the XBOX 360 emulator 'Xenia' the game boots and goes ingame though the 3D graphics don't render fully, it's highly buggy and it crashes after every round. There are also sound bugs, though the menu UI and the gameplay ran at a full 60fps! (I tested the Story, Time-Attack and Sparring modes)
Here are some videos below showing the gameplay state the game is in. Again, it's VERY buggy and glitchy but it does run at full 60fps and we can hope that the following months or year we could see big updates to get the game into a more playable state (like DOA3/DOA2U on CXBX)
DEAD OR ALIVE 4 XENIA360 status (It would be good to help the emulator devs focus on this game to get it running, so please could you like the OP post on this Github link? the games with the highest amounts of likes are updated/worked on the most)

It'll be great to finally have all DOA4 running on PC, making mods will be so much easier and when you can enable the kimono costumes, Alpha-152 and some awesome cutscene stages to fight in will be a blast. One thing about the 360 when selecting both kimono outfits on the screen at the same time caused the game to lag and it ran at about 50-55fps, with emulation the outfits will not lag since you'll be able to overclock or cap the framerate to 60fps.
