Both are great. I think I like Macca Beam's a tad better, but both options work. Now we just need a salad version of whichever one @Mr. Wah picks.

Personally I don't think the new Honoka one fits well with the other character icons but it's close enough until someone wants to either redo all the characters or redo her. I'm not an artist so I can't do it or complain.

Instead of bitching about it, why aren't you submitting a better one?

IMO we should keep both. Use "salad" for my joke one, and "honoka" for a real one. The joke's gotten big enough; it deserves to stay. That said I wouldn't be opposed to someone making a new one for Salad. If you want I could just slap a Salad overtop of the new Honoka one and call it a day.

I went with the one I felt most closely resembled the style. I think it's primarily a slight shading issue and there is no offset. It's primarily the shading that gripes me on it. I think yours was just that her head was too oval shaped and not rounded square/rectangle like the one I went with. Thanks though for submitting it.

I agree. I think we should keep both designs. "cyborgraidou" for the new Raidou, "raidou" for the old one.

Trust me, I felt the same way. I wasn't sure. I might bring him back in a week or so depending how I feel then. I'm not a fan of his cyborg version.

I slowly realized the oval thing today. Ah, well.

Ya know..., since it is shrunken down to 50x50, I can definitely take that new Honoka icon into the lab and tweak it to bring it more in line with the others. Flatten the shading slightly and offset it to the right more. Hmm. I'll take a look...

And for the record, I just intended the cyborg Raidou as an option, not as a complete replacement. I suppose I shouldn't have used the term "updated".
