I mean if it helps, potentially you could have the characters you want in a DOA game instead of just one guest. DOA4 had Spartan, DOA5LR had VFs+Mai/Naotora which is 6 guests, DOA6 had 2 which is Mai and Kula. Doesn't necessarily have to be one character so more opportunities, but probably...- DestructionBomb

While I somewhat agree (especially since it was more balanced than the old Dissidia games iirc), Dissidia NT was a bit too meta during it's time period. A bit mixed on my end. While I'd like to see a new game, it also depends on the consistency behind it. If it ends up in a rough state then it's probably best to probably let the series end in a good note instead of being controversial "every" new installment.
