    Sonic Fox wasn't the type to explain the game pretty deep for one to really understand it (at the time, now might be different since Fox knows meta talk now). Back when Sonic Fox slept over my house at Defend The North for MKX with Kwiggles, he was trying to show Duane on how to play MKX and his explanation was more towards on how Fox feels when he played the game rather than explaining meta etc.

    Soy is from Korea. Probably the only consistent DOA player in Korea when it comes to DOA and he still plays it almost all the time. If it came down to it, Soy would of been perfect to help explain it to him. Saint should of approached people years back if that's the case since Soy has been in almost every NEC. Now it might be difficult if there's even interest for Soy to even travel to NEC this year due to money.

    @Tenro not whining, just coming to think of how people always trash console gaming for training or even tournament play. Before I would defend console gaming but having played on PC for real and seeing how efficient it is, I'm thinking damn why aren't we playing on that instead of PS4?

    @Camel with 2 thumbs Sorta. Not big on PC gaming until recently in regards to offline play. Console for me was efficient for casual play and that was my first goal. But having competed, and hearing from most cats regarding PC gaming, I've developed second thoughts. Playing a few buds at FR on PC was the final blow.

    When commentating for an audience, focus on communicating to the demographic watching while also promoting the game, and increasing interest in the match & players (while getting "hype" when appropriate).

    You know what this game needs.... a Full on league with matches every weekend.

    Because in tournament its inevitable that someone has to get knocked out early... no body wants to be that person but it has to happen.

    A league structure would shift the focus off trying to avoid going home early to trying to maintain long term consistency.

    Ofcourse using a League Structure would be a monumental pain in the ass to organise which is why they are so rare and alil small.

    If Hwoarang isn't working, just play Dragunov, Leo, King or Kazumi for example. If you're playing to win, you're just making life harder for your self by playing Hwoarang in comparison.

    I mean at this point I'm in a huge dilemma. Especially cause school, church, and sports are taking up so much of my time. I see why speedkick experiments left and right for new characters sorta. But at the same time, Hwo the only dude I feel natural with. Idk. I just hope to find answers by FR.

    To learn Kasumi, Ryu, Ayane, Helena, Jann (more) and Akira since these characters won their respected story tourneys. I’ll have to research VF more to see who else won.

    And after, learn characters with the UFC type of martial arts. That way by DOA 6, though Akira, Sarah, & Jacky won’t be in it, I’d have a roster to start out with. Same for Tekken, SF, and other fighters I’d pick up.

    It's my biggest struggle right now. I don't know where I can find that kind of archetype in SF (If they even have that in SFV). I feel the closest I get to with that's maybe Chun Li but I stink with the charge stuff.

    Chun Li's Charge moves aren't too bad.... her Projectile is the one you want to Master... her Spinning Bird Kick is useless outside of Combos.

    That being said... if you can't do her Instant Air Legs then theres no point in using her.

    TBH i'm getting wary, because the trailers are all cutscene attacks. Like its been 13 years waiting for this game, i'm not really "excited" anymore, but I'm still getting it, but the gameplay looks way too automated and on rails.

    Idk how people play fighters on XBOX. The pad feels stiff, Nobody on XBOX, and there ain't many tourneys held on XBOX.
