    Well, if there's a way to undo the "I need to kill people on order and I can't do anything about it" operation or virus or whatever the hell it is, then yeah, they could and the others might even keep her alive, given how Ayane and Hayate reacted after killing the Kasumi clone, which probably was a Phase-4 in 5's story iirc.

    Then again, weren't they mass produced in 6's story for whoever wanted to use a weapon to solve his/her problems with? The ninjas might be at a point where they'll just kill a Phase-4 on sight or they follow her to a place where no one is present and kill her there.

    Guys I don't understand you. We have Nioh, even 2 games. Why we need Ryu Hayabusa, he isn't popular character either now. And also there is no guarantee that doa characters appeared I mean Ayane and so on.

    He could be though, he was one of the most popular characters back in the NES days, he is one of the bigger action-adventure, hack and slash characters that there is still, man even appeared on a Death Battle episode once, a thing none of the Ninja Gaiden or DOA characters could say about themselves. Even if he's not among the top requested characters for Smash U, many people would like him in that game.
