    I just watched it. It looks pretty good for a preview. No worries about the wait, man. You gotta do what you do and take your time. And that's perfectly fine. Hope to see you on DoA5U soon. I'll be getting 360 version then using the F2P for PSN for a while.

    Haha. I didn't expect you to. I knew once it was just CodeMaster and I that it was just gonna be some big highlights. I'm hoping people really get excited to see Mila as well as her last shining moment in DoA and put that excitement into learning her in DoA5U. She might've gotten nerfed a lot but she isn't out yet.

    I think you could play a bunch. But that would probably take longer. Story mode would be the fastest option.

    Sarah and Christie get to be just as stupid as vanilla but Eliot, the worst character gets nerfed? That kind of decision making just don't make me want to play. The game itself doesn't look that appealing with this new gravity increase for reasons that I again can not explain. The game just is not getting me hype. I'm hoping my worries are for not and that I will really like the game.

    When you fall out of the air if you mess up the timing you have two primary options: You can just hit K in his PB stance which is a low and after the first K lands, the second K afterwards is guaranteed since it hits OTG. The other option is just to back back Ukemi and be safe.

    Depending on how much further below they are when you launch them, they won't be able to punish you. But if it's too low, you can always opt for the K out of PB and suffer very small minimal damage if they decide to punish you on block since he recovers relatively quickly out of the animation. So either way, there isn't much they can do.

    Why do a lot of Akira players blatantly throw Akira's 466P+K out there for no reason? I only know one Akira user who does it to whiff punish

    It's enhanced by the online also though. It'll be harder for them to get away with it with improved netcode. If 5U does what it should, You'll be doing more laughing than raging.

    That was basically my case for leaving. Yeah I like Akira but my DOA main was gone and my other character sucked. I worry for all my characters except Hayate and if my 2 MAIN mains are garbage I'll probably quit as well. Akira got nerfed and Ein is looking like the weakest of the new 5.
