    @samuraihachi None of those players use Akira to his full potential. We all have particular strengths, my offense, Sly's defense and mixups, Bomb's execution and movements, Galen doesn't really play anymore. But the point is not a single one of us use the character to his full potential. From damage off partitions and walls to tons of ways to get people to block GBoD to even stun > launch.

    It would be very hard to use this character to his 100% as it would be for basically any character. But at the most we've been playing him at 65% > 80% at best.

    Akira and Sarah have been temporarily made free to play, but that's not why I posted this. Everybody is choosing the VF Guests then saying the suck because they, themselves, cannot use them

    Oh I see. Well its not surprising people can't use them. The VF cast take a plethora of skill to use efficiently, especially Akira. They're not characters that can be picked up right away. People are too lazy to learn them lol.

    I never said you fought only scrubs. I just don't want you to be misinformed of how a character actually works. A huge amount of people even a few players here with ayane that are s rank online don't use her properly. I'd like you to just reserve judgement until you do.

    you would think so but its not. It reminds me of a Top Gear special where Clarkson went through a laundry list of problems with the car and still blamed himself for crashing it. You have to take into account all of the problems in a fight and do what it takes to win. People have a problem with that.

    Doesn't this happen with like a lot of people. People thinking they're good but actually suck? Dunning-kruger effect is something that exists in many people, especially in the FGC.
