Since I have literally nothing to do tomorrow in the first time in forever, I'm gonna trek through more like I'm watching a TV show marathon! Than I'll watch the anime of course once I finish so I can see the differences

    Eliot and Phase 4 are either Average or Lower.

    I think this is just a Side Effect of a Very Well Balanced Game..... a player isn't severely handicapped by their Character Choice. I mean XCaliburBladez did say Eliot is one of his beloved Characters and has been for quite some time now.

    I second what lulu is saying. eliot and phase are nowhere near good, it's much more so the players at that high of a level. just because somebody won a tournament with a character doesn't shoot them up to top tier. if xcal and kwiggle spent their time training with every character, they could win a tournament with everybody, so, in that case, would every character be the best character?

    as for a specific tier list, I don't believe there is one in this game, i'm more on the boat thay every character is viable, and that winning depends on the character. if you were to ask which characters have the best tools, my answer would be something along the lines of; christie, gen fu, lei fang, helena and pai. (in no particular order)

    If anyone's interested....I found out what happened.

    My PS4 was on and I had my Ds4 connected to my PC playing MKX which caused me to purchase the games without me knowing. Basically some combo made me purchase Cod and Madden.

    What are the chances of that haha
