@LondonLust it's Deborah Ann Woll, but it's not like she's obscure or anything. I had to look her up but I knew she was on True Blood.
Also, he has no Fiend Ryu costume. Not in the DoA games. The closest that we got was in NG2.
It's just referred to that way since Ultimate. Don't ask me why. Very few similarities to the actual character Ashtar from the old games.
