    There's no games that can compete with GTA V and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon when it comes to lazy, ugly, horrendous, pathetic and incomplete character creation. :D:oops:

    Real talk, it was kinda amusing reflecting on it haha. Though one think I appreciate about DOA5 & DOA6 is that the replays get saved indefinitely whereas each SCVI or Tekken 7 patch ruined my old replays (RIP wanting to rewatch old footage). As much as people can focus on the negatives of DOA, Team NINJA did do quite a bit of things right (which unfortunately get over-shadowed by "the wrong").

    Played all of them except for the original Burst on 3DS. Re:Newal for me had the best and most fun gameplay out of all of the Musou-like SK games, the attack cancelling and parries felt easier and better to do than in Estival Versus and burst mode was a nice addition (think the original didn't have that) to the game. I'd suggest picking it up when it is discounted with its dlc as well since that'll give you

    13 more characters to play with for like 10-15 euros/15-20$ and two extra story modes with 10 missions that focus on two "teams" and their activities before Shinovi Versus (where they were canonically introduced in the game). In terms of content I'd say that Estival is better and is overall seen as the best game in the series by its players/fans.

    Looks wise yeah since she had longer hair, more muscle and she was darker, but I think VF5 Vanessa is better in terms of outfits and fighting style, it's way more varied than when she was a newbie in vf4 imo xD

Her VF4 model was interesting, unique and fucking refreshing (love her dark skin) because you barely see female characters looking like her. But since Sega drastically change her model design she looks more like an less feminine generic female with big boobs........SMH

    DOA6 reminds me of NG3: Razors Edge. Cartain changes are quite stupid (really stupid) but there's some amazing improvements compare to the previous series and you can have a great time without going completely insane.

    The PS5 and Xbox series is what the previous gen consoles should've been. A big noticeable upgrade.

    Back when the 8th gen consoles were the standard, 30fps was basically the standard (though with up to 1080p resolution). The natural progression was to increase framerates along with moving towards 4K resolution. The Xbox Series X & the PS5 are a great upgrade, but it was unrealistic for the consoles to be significantly better than how they were in gen 8.

    Gen 8 consoles released on the tail end of recession, and would cost $700+ CAD if they were notably more powerful than what we got early in the generation. Remember people can't have it both ways (unless you have money to burn). What should be released: A ridiculously powerful console or an affordable console?

    If you think paying $1 for hair colors on DOA6 is bad check out Marvel Avengers microtransactions. Outfits cost $10 to $14 and some emotes cost $5......then Iron Mans's golf clap emotes cost $10........$10 freaking $10!!! LMAO!!!! Crystal Dynamics hired a degenerate lead developer.

    Then of course my favorite of all time is No More Heroes. The whole opening sequence of Travis explaining the events, then storming Death Metal's mansion in his motorcycle and killing his henchmen like a fucking badass is just awesome.

    I prefer it to LR since LR is basically just stun, cock tease poke and then CB or launch/throw while in 6 comeback combos and stun launch imo is more like regular fighting games imo since that's how most play, I just wish we had an alternate combo mechanic like maybe a tailspin for characters who have worse bound attacks
