Should The Ends of the Earth stage be banned? 2/3 or 3/5 matches?

I don't get how yall are having trouble seeing alpha. Its still a full humanoid made of water, that's pretty easy to see on any stage. Its not like she goes transparent, or cloaks like Nicole, or goes all chameleon and merges with the stage. Shes still completely and highly visible on every stage I've seen her on, even blue on the ice stage.

Does it glitch up sometimes and copy the stages textures onto her, like playing Fable on 360, or what?

There are a couple of levels where she becomes damn near invisible against certain background elements, especially when she flies. Not sure how you're NOT having trouble other than you simply never fighting Alpha.

I believe that adjusting the TV's contrast helps to pop her out more on those levels.

I have the settings on both of my HDTVs calibrated for every input lol. I'm not gonna change settings just to mitigate an issue that only pops up in one game out of all of my media.

I may have read this wrong, but you're not insinuating that Nicole was hard to see with her cloak on? She stood out just as much as she did when she wasn't cloaked.

I think that Alpha should maybe look slightly more solid or something, as I end up finding it difficult to see myself sometimes on EOTE with Alpha. Especially since I like to use the blue colour anyway.

I was more commenting on how Nicole wasn't ANY color when she cloaked, but full transparent. Granted, she had a LOT more detail than Alpha.

Based on the stuff showed, I don't think Alpha should be banned. If she's usable, just let the red color be the only option.

The only problem with that is if you have two opponents who want to use Alpha.

It's really only the worst on eote. It's not that bad on the other stages as long as they pick red/blue. Green is the biggest culprit on most stages because its such a light color. It's just on etoe green and blue literally turn the same color if the camera is facing the cliff.

Damn... Thats all bad then. Because on the stages that have a lot of light, Like the DOA Entertainment (early version), Ends of Earth (which I voted to ban), etc.. What about Red & Blue?

I don't think anyone is discussing Alpha being banned. We're discussing which stages/colors need to be banned when two Alpha's are playing.

My thought process at the moment is to force all Alpha players to use the red color, and when there's a mirror match, they can only play on the list of Alpha-approved stages I posted a few days ago.

How about those kind? I know there's more. Just to name a few

Is Red Alpha hard to see on Fighting Entertainment?
Well no not to me. The green Alpha is in the empty version of Fighting Entertainment or any other with a lot of light.. Which I dont think the red Alpha is at all. But she may be to others.

I guess I'm confused about your original question then. I thought you were asking if Red Alpha was banned on those stages.

Oh no, lol.. I was referring to Raansuu's post about the Green Alpha... & then Mr Wah said

Then I suggested that only the red & blue Alphas only should be playable. Sorry for the confusion.
