I'm not affiliated with Team Ninja so I can't answer that question. However, I'm sure we could come to the same conclusion if we just thought about it - especially since Team Ninja didn't!

So? It's been a while sicne 4. Seriously dude stop playing this game if this is what you're going to complain about. You bitch about free DLC being old and etc. Dude it's been seven fuckign years sicne the last DOA games. These costumes are supposed to be throwbacks to the older games for long time fans and shocking to new fans. Dude I only played DOA 3.0 and 4 before playing this game. I never played DOA U, DOAD, or DOA 2u. So these costumes are new to me. So stop bitching for new stuff dude. It's bee na while since we ever had a DOA game. So let's be grateful for what we got.

So? What's with DOAD? Is doesn't count because it's on a handheld? A handheld is a platform like any other.
And again: it's not new and every DoA fan knows these costumes by now (and you don't need to play any of the games actually). And I played DoA since DoA1. So, my opinion doesn't count (again)?
I would be grateful for new costumes. And DOA5 already HAS enough throwbacks without the DLC.
If you like it fine. Still it's receyceld stuff. I'm playing DoA5, a new title, so I expect new DLCs as well. I'm tired of TN, selling overpriced NON NEW content. NG3 is no exception (weapons, missions). And now it starts again with DOA5. Give me a break.

I doubt the validity of anyone enjoying costumes for characters that don't need them. Rig has a Jann Lee costume, Christie and Helena are getting Lisa and Tina costumes. Lisa is getting a Lei Fang costume. Again, this isn't some costume edit mode, nor is anyone paying for DLC costume edit accessories. This game is just wonky in the wrong way.here is the deal guys...

Honestly, I feel customization similar to VF takes away from their identity and uniqueness. I'd rather they all got their own costumes and looks instead of a full blown customization mode.

...and hey, you never know, we might have 20+ costumes for each character by the end of the year. Maybe we'll even have 40 for each character at the end of 2013! Ya' never know, we have never had DLC costumes for DOA before. I am still bitter I didn't get Lei Fangs costume today, but I am still happy there is more than just the "stock" costumes forever (like every other DOA).
Hell, I even want sexy dude costumes so I can call my wife a perv for selecting them.

Tell us which person from Team Ninja is pointing their sword at you and making you buy this NON NEW content, that's new to this engine with new effects and higher quality textures, lighting, etc. . . because that's against the law.

Really? ok, 2 me it made me like the characters more in vf. shun in shorts, goh in bandages, etc. tired of the gi, the dress, the monk in robes, etc. nice 2 go online and see what people come up with. and with doa, tiresome with all the chicks showing there draws every other outfit
