I wouldn't call that impossible. Probably improbable, though. I suspect the new girl will be from DOA, though, especially considering they're taking a huge amount of time just to debut a new girl (especially when not only was Elise released back in July, but they even went as far as to debut both of her SSR accessories in her first ranking event and not just limit it to her first ranking event).
BTW, Famitsu's holding a poll for DOAXVV's fourth anniversary, which also includes which girls people want to get into DOAXVV:

Also have to say it's sad that so far they seem to be doing more for DOAXVV's 4th anniversary than DOA's silver (25th) anniversary.
Yeah, I never bothered with the "Which 3 Venus" questions myself. I only did 16, 18, and 19, obviously for the cut girls. I selected Mila solely because I wanted to give further encouragement to the developers to add more cut girls, especially if my suspicions are correct and Tina's the next girl.

I'm pretty sure Tina was the highest based off the DOAX3 poll.
I voted for Rachel even if she doesn't have a chance of making it.
I was surprised they added other characters in that Q16 list. I don't know most of them except Sonia and the Kasumi clones.

And believe me, were it wholly up to me, I'd vote for Tina, Mila, Rachel, Christie, Lisa, and even NiCO to get in. Unfortunately, they only allowed for one girl as a choice, so I chose Mila (was deeply considering voting for Tina initially, but then I figured Tina is probably going to be included soon anyways due to how long they're taking just to unveil a new girl, DESPITE Elise not only being released in July, but also doing the unprecedented of actually giving both SSR accessories in a single ranking event, even moreso with DOA's 25th anniversary just around the corner, so figured I'd vote Mila specifically as a way to further encourage adding more cut girls. Someone on Discord suggested that idea.).
As far as my answers:

Its time for another Venus Vacation Halloween Party where you'll see a photo set of girls wearing random outfits perfect for the Halloween theme smashing Pumpkins, with Lei-Fang properly joining the event at Oct. 31, along with 3 girls joining the Halloween experience, however 1 girl wasn't able to join which is Tsukushi due to issues with Me not getting a SSR costume for her (which is how characters get added).

Actually, she looks slightly bigger.
In any case, this is a massive low for them. They made us wait FOUR months just for it to be revealed that it's yet ANOTHER OC?! Especially after having both of Elise's SSR accessories released during the same ranking event (the first in fact)? Someone like this OC should have been released a month or two earlier.
I suspected early on the next girl was at least going to be Japanese and most likely STM based, but even still, making us wait four months and leaving the impression the next girl might potentially be a cut girl due to the girl being released right before the anniversary for DOAXVV, which airs around the same time as DOA's 25th anniversary, is probably the lowest they've ever gone. And based on some of the tweets on there in response, not counting my own, several people agreed.
BTW, since we've got bird props in the casino this month and we've also got Fiona, I'm surprised no one made Shrek jokes regarding this especially regarding a rather infamous scene in that movie.
Oh, well, I guess I'll start:
