Mila's Bass cosplay outfit and Marie's cat sweater were added for free though. I was expecting they would release more stuff like that (particularly Tina's cat jacket to match Marie's even though that was a fan design) but evidently not

When you mean everyone, does that include Kula and Mai? Mai got a Santa oufit as well (Santa costumes are the only theme last game where every girl got one, even Sarah and Pai got despite never getting cheerleader costumes like the other girls).
Not them two, I counted the roster and if you subtract Mai and Princess Kula you get 27, so the revival pack will include everyone including the new girl(Rachel) and Mai and Kula won't get anything.
And I dont mean that pack, I think they'll use this one for the pack for everyone:
They'll probably give Nico Kasumi or Phase's and they'll copy and paste Hayate/Ein's for all the men and Rachel will probably get the ribbon suit one. It's the only Christmas pack that people would "want" back, the older vanilla one is trash XD

Whats the point of these stupid expensive season passes if they are not going to include everything into them? Dammit KT stop being assholes.
I wish they included everything too but on the bright side, this means we'll be getting new costumes on top of older throwback ones en masse which is two DLCs in a month xD Next year I hope they do actual throwbacks and not these copy paste packs like this swimsuit one, id much rather have Kasumi's Violet bikini over the one she's getting now

I imagine these "revival" packs are excluded from the passes because they existed in the previous game and TN or KT figured that most people would prefer the season passes have new content.
Probably would have added more value to the passes if they were included regardless but they're clearly just being greedy.

Something I noticed since Momiji release and Ninja costumes is that since then they improved female bodies polygon count. Now their shoulders, elbows and calves are similar to DOA5.
I guess they will never "update" their older costumes but I guess is good they listened to complaints about this.

I stand corrected then. I guess I thought Legacy and Revival costumes were the same thing. So they drip fed a few freebies, but are still charging for old costume packs OUTSIDE of the pass?
That feels excessive even by their standards.

Here's the price for the full thing. Cheaper than the other packs at least.
Unrelated note:if you have any multiple profiles on the PS4 and you buy separately through this "ticket" system and not the pack itself, you may not be able to use the same DLC on another profile on that PS4, making things a little more frustrating
Also in another unrelated note, can you take off Kasumi and Lei Fang's top like in LR???
