Panties are part of the costumes/outfits. It may not be a focal point for many (myself included), but it is on-topic, and if someone cares enough to discuss it, I won't discriminate just because it's not my favorite subject.

My bad xD and they should be releasing close to release since when DOA5LR came out that Tuesday on the 17th, they sold the first DLC that following week afterwards on Tuesday. It'll probably be up this coming Tuesday but who knows
