3.0 Tier List¿

Can anyone provide a good 3.0 Tier List¿ I looked here but can't find any and Google seems to give many different ones.

I'm pretty sure Hayate's top tier as he's the only character with frame advantage in 3.0.

Hayate and Bass are top. The rest I'm unsure of honestly as I didn't play the game that competitively.

This is a topic for the 3.0 tier list. Hayate's cartwheel wasn't broken in 3.0.

Jann Lee is DEFINITELY top tier. The guaranteed damage he gets from any Dragon Gunner set-up with a wall nearby is ridiculous.

I did a google search and found this tier list that is supposedly from DoaCentral. Obviously a little off. I call bullshit on Jann Lee being so low and Leon/Bayman being bottom.

I'd put it like this, but you should take it at face value as I have limited experience with Doa3.

Bottom: Helena, Brad Wong

That's what's difficult about DOA3.

Like I feel Bayman should be higher, because he's so good, but he could practically do well against everyone above him in your list and yet I could see the other characters also giving him just as much of a challenge.

Low tier... yeah I can see those.

The tiers in 3.0 is less defined compared to 3.1. Many of the tools that separated characters came along in 3.1. Its almost like comparing Doa2 to Doa2HC.

Yeah I really feel that with the exception of Hele, Wong and probably Zack, all characters in 3.0 feel in equal ground.

And after all this time, I think even Helena stands a chance against everyone. 3.0 was definitely a solid game.

To be honest, Helena's not bad at all in this game. The only reason she was so low on the tier list is because NOBODY used her except for me, and I came along a bit too late in the game's lifespan to really have any kind of meaningful impact with her. She was just really unexplored. I've found a fair amount of tech that nobody knew about because the community was so small back then. I'd say she's solid mid tier. Now Brad on the other hand . . .

Bass is probably just as good even without his 4H+P super launcher and 6PK relauncher.

His 3.0 4H+P guarantees a Back-turned pickup which also guarantees a buffalo horn (33P) in 3.0. 3.1 was where it was made escapeable by most of the cast except for heavies, helena, and leifang. His power is still tremendous and most of his guaranteed pickups are the same in all three versions.
