How long was the Phase delay for you guys? I think I remember hearing it took two weeks to get her in Europe.

Sounds like the communication between KT/TN and the EU Sony people is absolute crap. Maybe KT sends them emails about upcoming dlc they want to publish in japanese and Sony's EU translator who put "knows japanese" on their resume to spice it up not knowing they'd have to actually deliver on that uses google translate leading to all kinds of mistakes that cause delays.

EU had delay with: raidou and honoka, I could buy them in March instead of February
Phase 4 had 2 weeks delay.
And now naotora 1 day delay. We always get delay like @KwonJigglypuff said.

If you play Fallout 4, you'll see Bethesda do it way worse towards Asian users.
