I just watched the stream and yeah she does stand out from the other characters because of the anime type petals and Japanese flying everywhere. I think its pretty cool though. The other thing is that she is so tall that it contrasts strangely with her "omg Im so weak even though I won" talk.

She actually feels bad for hurting people.
In SW, she's more bipolar kind. So in some cases like during her special she can have angry face and serious and then feel bad about it and say sorry.
But basically she's always sorry. I like playing her in SW due to her movesets, but I'm sorry that I sometimes can't handle her sorries and I really want to slap her face because of that.

She looks really fun to play as! It's like Alpha managed to possess a demure, scantily clad woman lol.
But then it got to her towel costume and yikes! I thought Christie had the ugliest feet

I agree with HHH816. Naotora's kick are really fast and near unreactable. After seeing her gameplay though, I believe the following characters are hard counters against Naotora:
Bayman, Leifang and Marie Rose will probably counter Naotora pretty hard because they all have both expert holds, parry's and or OH's which should pretty much shut down her offensive kick pressure. Provided that the player has a decent reaction time, it should be pretty easy to land expert holds with those characters often because Naotora seems to rely so much on her kicks, even more than Rig! Leifang and Marie Rose in my opinion have the best expert kick holds and both have excellent high crushes which should be able to deal with all her high kicks. Kasumi is up there with her expert mid kick hold as well. Next to that, Kasumi has a variety of crush options and she has the speed to keep up with Naotora.
This is all based off of my first impressions though, so take it with a grain of salt.

She looks crazy, doing even crazier things than Ryu or our demon Nyotengu. I will buy her but she looks crazy and out of place.

Anyways literally everything about her is ew no for me.
Super sorry moe blobs disgust me. And her move set looks wildly out of place in DOA. Would've been fine in Tekken or King Of Fighters.
Plus she looks super mashy which also means shell be easy prey for reads and holds. Itll just be the same as rig and vf where if they ever do touch you they can carry you.
Also I'm seeing a good handful of recycled moves in there too.
In short I fucking hate her.

She is easily the most flashiest character in the game. Like an anime fighter. Gonna have to see frame data but those kicks have potential. Have to agree with the notion that she reminds me of a VF character with how different she looks that she stands out compared to normal DoA characters
