Nice. I've been getting into digimon myself lately. Some quick lil sketches (yeah that's Mimi)

Digimon is a fountain of awesome character design, a huge source of inspiration for me. I'm setting aside a sketchbook just for Digimon starting today.
Also I have come to absolutely love Prairiemon. I don't. even know why I find it so cute and fun to draw.
I see fan art of the masked woman everywhere I didnt know she was from Digimon.
Another SK fan art, tried to make it more of an action scene, its really rough cause I lost motivation to finish it
it feels very DOA5 to me

Also those types of masks are a signature of Digimons women. All but ONE have that mask
Most of the "human" style females have that mask.
I could seriously gush about the digimon designs, especially eldtritch horror ones like zeedmilenniummon so I'm stopping here.

Um...ignore Xros Wars/Fusion, because it just revamps older designs as new ones. Its like the Gundam Seed of Digimon.
It turns Minervamon into Mervamon, makes Beelzemon into a heroic loner in armor. It remakes Sukemon and Chuumon as a toilet ninja and Chuuchuumon, etc etc. It also completely ignores all established lore (using Leviamon, the source of all evil, as an ancient hero, and the other Demon Lords and Olympus Xiii as random henchmen, etc)

Only a quick cameo at the very end. Theres a cameo from most characters from past seasons.
I'm just saying don't use xros as a reference for anything. If you know anything about digimon its frustrating to watch lol

I like everything else but the candycane stripes on her gut make me think of a barber pole.
Awesome art but I'll have to disagree with that one design choice.
.so I get a fb message from my sister about a chance for a grant/scholarship for emerging artists, deadline is Saturday. Supposed to send in samples of your work and an essay why you need it.
Comps been dead for weeks. Can't take advantage of it.
This is so typical its not even depressing anymore...
