If I'm correct, there were no DLC last year, in July.
And it came back later (at the end of August) with the Maid DLCs. Please refresh my memory if needed, but I suppose there will be a Season Pass 2 in August/September.

I can guarantee you plenty of people here would be willing to illustrate if you can't picture it on your own.
When are Jacky and Leon going to finally get their swimsuits? Jacky's is already made in 5FS and I wouldn't put it past them to just import the textures.
Pretty easy, the fighters DLC must have sold very poorly, even though it became cheap so quick and then it was free in DOA5U.
To be honest, the costumes looked ugly, texture-wise and polygon-wise. (No, I won't post my obligatory low polygon Ryu Hayabusa-legs pic this time.
) I even tried to delete them in DOA5U until I realized, they were on the darn disc. But I only realized, after deleting half of my other DLC downloads. XD

It's true she could wear things of the sort in DOAX, but i seriously can't picture Kasumi to actually wear this kind of outfit.
To me, her second bikini already look out of her character... I mean, isn't she a shy and kind girl ? Do you expect such a girl to go full slutty male hunting ?
We already got Christie and Tina for the hunt. Please, spare Kasumi on that ^^ (moreover, there are plenty of nude mode now...)
On a side note, I'm very pleased with the quality of TN's recents pack. I hope they were lucrative for them, they deserve to gain more money over those than with the shitty recolor we had till now.
As it was previously said, summer is coming and we can expect a swimsuit DLC to appear, but i'm not sure we'll ever have extreme slutty bikini again.
TN have been listening to us on that, and if I understand well, we're in the next EVO ? Not the right time to shit on it's fighter image !
But well, it's TN, you can never know.

I wonder if they'll do another season pass. Despite the initial price shock of many, you actually saved quite a bit as opposed to buying every single pack separately. And it looks as if the Angelic Maid Marie Rose costume is still exclusive to Season Pass owners for now. I think we'll get DLC in July and another season pass will be released for the remaining 6 months of the year.
