Rachel better get a costume this time! That girl basically looks completely like her.. It would've been so perfect to put that costume on Rachel!

I think we will have Kasumi as Reina and Ayane as Laegrinna.
Kokoro or Phase could be Millennia and maybe Hitomi as Allura. That kind of blonde robot will be Marie Rose for sure.
By the way, new stage? That background we see in Nyotengu's tease picture looks new to me.

What makes you say that?
Ayane had Millenia's costume in DOA2 and DOA2U same with Helena having Reina's costume.
It wouldn't make sense to change that now.

I just made those guesses because Laegrinna looks like Ayane, I guess in DOA2 Laegrinna didn't exist. But if they had these costumes already in the past, yes, then it makes sense they had them again.

The first games protag was male with lng loose brown hair, if any males are in I imagine they'd use him. I'd guess Hayate or Ein maybe even Busa.
I haven't looked up enough to see if f there's many more protag antags that are male though.

Awesome! If this is really a Deception pack it's a great news, for me there are so much nice fantasy outfits in that series!
By the way, before to revive the glories of the past, I think that a most realistic scenario - even only for a promotion matter - is to expect that the pack will see overall outfits from the last game of the series, so "Deception IV - The Nightmare Princess - (that it was released at March in Japan but it will come a release on NA and EU regions respectively the days 14th and 17th July).
At the moment seems that there is still not a Western site for it, however this should be the page of the official JPN site featuring the playable characters http://www.gamecity.ne.jp/kagero3-2/character_01.html
In addition to the new main character Velguirie (the owner of Nyotengu's teased outfit), the game see involved heroines from the old games of the series included Millennia and Reina, so I think that it's a sure bet to think that Ayane and Helena will get back their outfits from DoA2 =)
In addition there is the likely chance that the game could see involved outfits from the prequel of the series "Deception IV - Blood Ties": so in addition to the main character (already included in the previous list) we would see surely the outfits of the three Devil' servants
Even if the series see an increased feminine presence from the second chapter, actually there are even male characters involved especially in anatagonist roles. I can't talk for The Nightmare Princess but Blood Ties included some of them, so maybe we could see even this time 4 outfits dedicated to the male characters of DoA.
However, if the pack involve the breaking feature, it's also possible that this time only female characters will be involved just for not excluding anyone from it (and of course no eventual male outfit would end to be breakable).
