go here
and change 60 04, F0 06, 80 09 to D0 01, this will remove his uwa-gi, for the headband change 10 0C to D0 01
it'll look like this

Sometimes i wish for a hairstyle patch for Hayate, Hayabusa, Akira & Sarah, even a glasses patch for other vanilla games male characters (safe for Eli & post-vanilla characters) someday. Perhaps should be around the same time of this month/July's costume release

WITH THE LAST NUMBER OF SLOT
The costume slot can't change
If/when you do that, I'll be waiting.

for regular goku (akira) you should've left the uwa-gi on, super saiyan goku is ok with it off, it's how he looked when he fought frieza on namek
