Not sure if you saw it, but the user Ert Bert on twitter made notice how both the outfits seem to have clear similarities with past designs submitted from the fans:
(however I believe that the second tweeted teaser is not showing Hayabusa but a female character, maybe Ayane?)
Maybe Team NINJA is using other fans submissions or at least is getting inspiration from them?
I'm pretty excited for this pack if even being an only females one (however now there is some doubts), it will end to use cool/fighter outfits that are not focused only on a sexy clichè and period ^^

EDIT: Also, confirmed that TN is getting the inspiration (not complete replicas) for these costumes from the fans!

Okay, I take back what I said about the DLC Cycle. We are in an extended Phase Alpha. I know a lot of us were suggesting Superheroes, and now we're getting them.
Let's all speculate on what the cast could get!
Bayman: A set of full-body combat armor.
Leon: A 90s Rob Liefeld superhero.
Rig: A gothic hero like Spawn.
Ein: A speedo and cape. ;P I dunno, can anyone think of something badass, yet gay?
The Ninjas: Sentai outfits.
Zack: Black Vulcan-style?
Lisa: Something La Mariposa with an Elektra vibe?
Nyotengu: Ideally Necrotengu, maybe Wing Gundam Zero Custom inspired?
Mila: A latex bodysuit.
Bass: Something for Mr. Strong.
Jann Lee: A Kung Fu outfit.
Jacky: His superhero custom items for VF5FS.
Lei-Fang, Kokoro, Marie Rose, Honoka: Magical Girls.
Raidou: Most likely nothing, if possible full robot.
Alpha: Most likely nothing.

I always like to keep an open mind when Team Ninja designs the costumes. I mean, at least they're still supporting DOA5 through the next gen Last Round port, the free Last Round patch, 2 new characters, 2 new stages, new hairstyles, etc. I'm eager to see how these costumes turn out.
