Maybe adjust her lower body to be on its side more. As is kinda looks like she broke her back lol.

Thanks lol. Her I'm not sure what clothes to out on her arms and left leg though.Nice! I think the bird lady is my favorite. Never drawn anything like her so I'm very tempted to do more fan art
Or how tall she actually is lol. Dunno if she should match or beat Norahs height. Maybe in between normal height and Norah...
These will be better when I can color them though lol. And I Like amber but I can never draw her right. The guy with the monster face is Sylvies partner btw

Never thought of that. Imagined her being tall to contrast her shyness.Oh yeah actually I think it'd be cool if she was really short and flat, but had a huge wingspan
On Amber the problem is that on my head I see her as short and thick. Milfy and pear shaped but not fat. Her personality is warm and motherly so i was trying to kinda aim for that. Wide hips and large prominent rear but when I draw her I wind up making her too lean or tall looking. Her body is suppose to kinda bulgy because in color you'd see she's actually like a lava lamp. Skin is transparent and inside you see like...magma like substance. So trying to balance between a milf build but not TOO thick if that makes sense.
Doesn't help that its a nightmare to find a reference for girls with that build.

Ah maybe I can help later. Here I quickly drew up my interpretation of the bird chick. I'd make the wings even bigger but ran out of canvas space lol

Her original proportions are based on Shutumon but its probably better to distance from the inspiration more.
Also I'm liking how you are making them more animalistic. I was trying to avoid "cat girl" syndrome but I couldn't help it lol.
