can i get BlackNight or Boobiebombs to hit me up in in PMs cause i'm trying to get an arcade cabinet going on at an arcade. they are pretty active, I hear, and are willing to get DOA started over there. they would like to get in contact with Tom Lee and get things started but are having a hard time getting in contact with him. If anyone could help it would give DOA another chance to evolve and gain more members and possibly supporters which is a win-win since we need more tournament/community players to expand DOA to get it to more events and be taken more seriously at majors.

I am working with one of my Tekken buddies that works at Round 1 Puente Hills and we are trying to get Tecmo/Team Ninja to bring over a DOA5U/ LR cabinet to SoCal. From what my friend at Round 1 said, Tecmo/Team Ninja has indicated that they are willing to try out a location test to see how it does here and Round 1 has for a while been more than willing to commit to getting a DOA5 cabinet. In fact they're planning to get a Virtua Fighter cabinet and that game has practically NO scene in the US, so there's no reason for DOA to get passed by.
This is not to get everybody's hopes up as everything is still in the planning phase and has not yet been set in motion, there are a few key things that need to be done before any solid progress even begins.
Current issue right now is getting in contact with Team Ninja/Tecmo so that Round 1 can discuss and arrange the terms and details of the location test. I've already given them the business card info of the CG Manager for Tecmo that I played against in Japan, so the only other contact person I can think of is Tom Lee. I've given Round 1 his FB but from what I've been hearing, Tom's not really responding so......until we can get Tecmo + Round 1 communicating and working details out, this is still very much a pipe dream.
So if anyone could PM me any contact info/ who to get in touch with I'd really like to get this endeavor set in motion, especially with LR coming out soon.

btw what are we doing for this weekend. next weekend (13th-15th) i'll be hanging out with my family and my bro is coming to visit so i'm busy that weekend.

I'm fine with casuals again, no tourney on Saturday either so...
Might wanna bring some more setups as well and pads that actually work.
