No. Miyako's left eye isn't covered by her hair so it can't be her either. I doubt it's Mizuki and Eileena as well.

When there is an unpopular character, you can be sure that I'm always one of its fans (it's my curse XD).

But honestly, in the gerarchy of the NG girls popularity just as Irene couldn't be included in the game before Momiji and Rachel, similarly Mizuki would get a chance only after the inclusion of the CIA agent.

I like Mizuki's visual design a lot.

Her character is pretty weak but the same can be said for most any character in these games.

Anyway, TN said it's a new female character we're not already familiar with, so I doubt it's Mizuki or Miyako or a VF.

Don't think so, the hair is kinda covering the left eye plus her ears aren't shown like Kokoro's are. Plus they both have different eye colors and eye styles.

I think she is a brand new character. She kinda looks like Asuka though.

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES PLEEEEEEEEEASE. Although I don't think she'd be a TDK user since we got Rig. Hapikido is a Korean martial art, she should use that.
Also designing her after a Kpop Idol would be awesome.
