Here are her intro and victory quotes, along with her defeat quote, already translated by @werewolfgold.

Opening Quotes
"Kawaigatte ageyou zo."
「可愛がってあげようぞ。」 (I shall toy with you.)
"Warawa wo tanoshimase yo."
「わらわを愉しませよ。」 (Entertain me.)
Win Quotes
"Warawa koso miyama no nyotengu."
「わらわこそ深山の女天狗。」 (I truly am the female tengu of the mountain deep.)
"Nan ja nan ja? Mou owari ka?"
「なじゃなんじゃ。もう終わりか。」 (What? What is it? Over already?)
"Subete wa! Warawa no! Zaregoto nari!"
「全ては!わらわの!戯言なり!」 (Everything! Is my! Practical joke!)
Lose Quote
"Iya ja! Iya ja! Iya na no ja!"
「いやじゃ!いやじゃ!いやなのじゃ!」 (No! No! No good I say!)

As for the stuff she says during attacks, he translated some of that too, but it would take awhile for me to find it again.

Wow she also has throws from her flying stance, with the opponent being on the ground. That's nice!
By the way, does her flying stance have a name ?

「全ては!わらわの!戯言なり!」 (Everything! Is my! Practical joke!)

Wow, really haha.

It appears that I've been summoned.

So, besides that laugh...which is a laugh...
Looking at the movelist PDF, her taunts are
"Kushuu nai." (No problem.)
"Kore made wa yokyou ja." (It's only been the sideshow thus far.)
"Hore hore kocchi ja." (Hey, hey. Over here.)
"Kuchi hodo ni mo nai yatsu ja." (You're all talk.)
"Ikezuu." (Meanie.)

And her stomp is "Warui ko ne." (Naughty child.)

She seems to say "Kimochi" during one of her throws as well.

Or maybe that was just weird editing.

Noticed it a while ago but thought someone else would have said something. 7K doesn't travel all that far back anymore. Looks like it can be legitimately punished if you don't follow up with P.

It didn't travel very far back in DOA4/DOAD either. DOA2 was the only one in which 7K traveled back as far as 7P does.

It was unsafe in 4, but I think i can count on one hand how many times that it was punished. the P follow up was the most unsafe move in the history of not just fighting games but land based organic life. Why take the chance of getting hit with that chest ram when you could just wait? (no joke it was unsafe low, but in fact so unsafe low that you could just wait and punish it with a 12 frame standing grab.) this came with it's own advantage though, i was always a big fan of 7K then flying stance into grab, since the flying dash at first glance is easy to mistake for the P follow up.

Yo, old school Tengu players, what were the skankiest techs back in the day?
you live under the delusion that Tengu had anything exploitably useful. Really just 8P+K was the only even remotely useful "tool" he had. Though the 3P combo ender into flying stance grab to punish tech rolling was chuckle inducing for me. also using the plural form of the word Player to imply there were multitudes of us is neat too ^__^

That's going to be fun for me btw, as a side note, other than koompy i never met a single tengu user beyond myself in the days of lore (not until much later and most of them gave it up fast). seeing so many people getting ready for what for veterans to this game will no doubt be frustration is, in a sick way kind of cathartic.

Yeah that's what I was thinking what tech? His jump would sometimes go over mids. That count? Umm no one knew that his 4K was neutral. 4K on block into P+K got so many people. 4K could be unholdable with a 2PP force wake up, but the opponent also needs to be against a wall for that to work and not tech for the 2PP to even work. As far as I know he had no untechables just unholdables.

Nyotengu won't be nearly as bad as DOA4 Bankotsubo. The fad-monsters hopping aboard the hype train for Nyotengu won't experience anything even somewhat comparable to what Tengu players did back in the day.

8P+K was untechable. Ah I remember learning PK was safe, i cried a single, beautiful tear. It also launched into a bounce combo, good times. that jump going over mids was only useful if you then punished said mids, with in air P+K, super unsafe but fun.
