I don't remember seeing this one for Helena otherwise I would have definitely voted for it.
AFAIK the "save" feature will keep what you typed inside the reply box until deleted. But once deleted, it cannot be recovered. Clearing your cache, quoting new posts with the previous entry highlighted, opening the same thread in two different windows and various other things have been known to "delete" the draft text.

I don't know if those 10 entries are the current top ten in the real contest (website) or not, but they aren't the ones with most likes in facebook album right now. Queen of Hearts with Sailor Moon weapon Nyotengu is second one with most likes, after Mostly Naked Bat Ayane which is first I think. My Geisha Madonna Marie Antoniette Vampire Nyotengu is about 45 likes, not bad, and any of these 2 Nyotengus are in the post. The most voted Hayabusa in FB album isn't The Crow, it's The Oni. and same happens with Helena. Most voted isn't The Crying Bride, is The Green Belly Dancer. I think TN has picked up some nice designs for most popular chars of the game (Kasumi, Ayane, Hitomi, Marie Rose, Helena, Hayabusa..) to promote the contest, or maybe they chosen 10 designs they like.
This or they are really the ones winning at this moment in the real contest and we don't know it.

I voted it on last contest, some men flesh is welcome in DoA. But now I think it has been surpassed by Goat With Big Snake Beetween Legs Rig. Damn sexyI would have voted for this Rig costume again if it was resubmitted for this contest.

I don't think this will be making it in, considering that it still isn't available to vote for. It's a real shame, this is one of my favourite costumes in the contest and I've been holding off voting until it gets put on the site. Though if it doesn't get put up by tomorrow I'm going to have to go ahead and vote without it.
I feel bad for the artist, to make such a great design and not be included, must suck big time.

whats wrong with you? they deserve to be number one. and even skeleton kasumi. those designs are quite the best in the whole contest.See, Team Ninja featured new designs on their Facebook page.Although they again promoted the skimpy Ayane demon costume and that Phase 4 costume. People, I mentioned that the outfits could be the top 10 as an hypothesis, but this wanted be an argument of discussion for knowing your opinion about and not a confirmed statement. Like Tyaren said, TN posted again 10 outfits in a second post that is the same of the previous one only addressed to the Japanese fandom: so at this point I think that the hypothesis of them being the top 10 is definitely disproven.
(And btw I think that the outfits that deserve to the be the top 10 are very simply the outfits that will be more liked by the community. We can discuss about what we like/dislike/wish to see in game, but there is no outfit that deserve in absolute to be in the top ten just because we think so).

That Hentai Ayane outfit deserve to be in top ten? Well, I'm not going to decide that, but in my opinion is a very poor costume. I'm not going to spend a penny on that xD
We all know how TN loves to show woman flesh to promote the game. I think they chosen those because they are sexy. And maybe because they really like them as well. But we have to keep in mind that this contest is not through facebook, so, posting that costumes doesn't guarantee anything than just notoriety in FB.See, Team Ninja featured new designs on their Facebook page.

Lol Ayane's isn't a costume it's fapping material
Phase 4's ass window is the result of someone trying to change a costume to fapping material half way through and failing in both regards imo
