Damn, someone beat me to the fox idea (well, the art part of it, I've had this idea planned before the contest started). Though mine is a Ninetails design for Momiji and it's going to look a lot more awesome. This is cute though.
I'll probably be uploading the rough design here for you guys to see later today or tomorrow. I need to stop procrastinating. .___.;;

I think the kanabo, tiger skin skirt thing, skull necklace and oni head belt buckle are enough to distinguish it as an oni outfit. Besides oni are usually depicted with two horns.

The Original design is 1000x better than this copy. The things you put together look really strange and random.

Hello community! I'm very interested in creating a "disney princess" outfit for Ayane. In the previous costume contest I opted to draw my own design, however, I believe my lack of art skills was a factor in the lukewarm reception the design received.
The Outfit: A famous quote of Ayane's is: You were always everyone's little princess..." As of DOA5 we have seen the relationship between Kasumi and Ayane come full circle. Kasumi is the outcast while Ayane has become the leader of the Hajinmon sect of the Mugen Tenshin Clan. This kimono will celebrate Ayane's new status in the clan's ruling family.
The Design: I would like to see a motif of dark clouds and iris petals over purple and midnight blue silk. In order to free up her legs for fighting I'd like to see the bottom part of the garment slit up to her upper thigh. Given Ayane's usual flair for provocative dress, I would just go with a regular panty, rather than the slip seen in say Kokoro's or Nyotengu's kimono.
On her head I'd love to see a crown of sorts, with dangling chimes, pearls, or anything else to say "royalty". For her feet I'd suggest a pair of modern heels rather than tabi.
Finally and perhaps most importantly, I'd love to see the giant bow of her C3 return for this costume.
The Perks: My main concern with this venture is the creation and (fingers crossed) inclusion of this design in the game. I am more than happy to defer any potential prizes or recognition to the person nice enough to help me.

this looks a lot like my designn ughhh ;~;Pretty cool oni (Japanese demon) outfit for Ryu. Not so sure about the horn though.

To be fair, they are both really similar you can't blame someone for thinking it's a copy, especially when it was submitted a long while after the one was.
