Fair enough. Then how about making a new version or enough modifications that make it clearly different from the original? Although I guess that could still get messy as people could basically copy other people's previous designs and just modify them.

Where to draw the line, if a costume was modified enough or if it wasn't? Is resubmitting the costume in a different color scheme okay, or if one adds just a scarf...? In my opinion, it should be strictly ruled out from the beginning, so there won't be any loopholes. :/

I wanna make a 70's-style rollerskating outfit for Tina. I'd have to make it so her rollerskates were tied to her side unfortunately since I don't know how TN could possible make it work with her wearing them during a fight.

Only gonna start making it if there is indeed another costume contest and TN officially announces it.

Edit- now that I think about it, Tina or Mila would look pretty good in a roller derby outfit.

Well, they would could be just like plateau shoes, the wheels staying completely still. :)

Yeah but that would look ridiculous when she runs or walks. And the wheels require a lot of height, not sure they'd want to make Tina taller considering they just stretch heels when the girls are barefoot or wearing flat shoes instead of making her shorter.

She's currently in the balance process of arcades so there is one or two things you will notice when is being released soon

  1. New character trailer(usually during this time older character is being released)
  2. from the differences of arcades and in between times it's usually 2-3 months of japanese arcade beta testing
  3. after you see a huge amount of videos of her game play (which oddly we didn't see for phase four that much)

Oh Okay I'll Be Sure To Watch Out In The Coming Months Thanks. Sucks Because I Won't Be Able To Play Her This Summer.
