First discovered by @pachincko this seems likely to be our new Tengu shown in Famitsu. More details are bound to show up incredibly soon and we will keep this updated. She looks pretty, and I hope that Tengu fans will be impressed by the final package, because Tengu fans have waited a long time for this.

I think "Tengu purists" are selling this design short. I played as Bankotsubo in his darkest hour, and I'm not happy that he won't be returning, but I'm getting a lot of what he had to offer with this new character that has as much sass as I do.

She's really not just a pair of tits, and I think that's a shallow thing to turn to. I didn't even pay attention to her tits when I was watching the video. I was paying attention to her awesome moves and spunk.

I actually didn't pay attention to the sex appeal until I saw that tongue....
That being said I like what I saw. I wasnt the biggest fan of Tengu (I only liked a few of his moves), but I find her Tengu inspired moveset to be a bit more interesting. I'll still need to see a bit more gameplay, though.

 

Not based on the character, but based on the character feedback that they're getting.

Which is why "shallow" is a great word to use to describe those who will now suddenly have an interest in Bankotsubo's moveset just because it now has tits.

I don't think anyone has commented on her tits but you and Brute and Destruction Bomb lol. You also have to keep in mind that Tengu was a DOA4 unlockable... this chick is a dlc character that is being advertised by Team NINJA, and they clearly did a pretty good job.

 

So, more horrible costumes (only for females), no new stage and now I get to listen to a bunch of hipsters in a circle-jerk session magically start giving a shit about a fighting style they never looked at twice until a big ol' pair of tits was dropped on it.

I don't hate Tengu over his fighting style, hell, it was pretty damn cool. What I hated was HIM.

He was fucking bland as shit and after seeing Genra and Alpha's craziness as well as Raidou's brutality, Tengu was just boring to me. And for your information, I was far more drawn to her eyes than her breasts.

It's very easy for people to say "I support Tengu's old moves coming back" once they're attached to something they can fap to. Never heard so many people appreciate Tengu's old moves before.

But guys a character is not made only of moves (or boobs XD), otherwise you go against the same reason because you would like more to get Bankotsubo rather than a character with a different design even if a "perfect clone" of him for the moveset.

Bankotsubo had something that people have never liked, while this character yes: IMO there are many factors, not only the moveset or the female fanservice (that get definitely a part) but also graphic, voice, personality ecc... From what I know people disliked of Bankotsubo more his appearence than moveset (if something they said that it was hard to use in an effective way, something recognizable also from casual players).

In my opinion seems to me equally shallow depict who like the Female Tengu and was never interested to Bankotsubo with a such term, even if maybe you could be partially right.

Yeah, some even said his fighting style is retarded or something to that notion. Now it's the hottest thing around. Funny how that works. Whatever, I'm glad that we got what we have now, will finally get to live the dream and do 2T on the lost world stage. HYPE!

Yes! And Tengu's air throw on Lab! And since they gave her his air throw, she'll likely have his low kick hold too, since it shared the same animation.

I guess people don't realize that the phrase is meant as a shorthand method to denote that people clearly demonstrate a great interest in fapability when it comes to things they're willing to be interested in when it comes to this game, rather than being read as entirely literal.

I'm not completely sure but the trailer gave me the impression that she can move along the map flying, exactly as Bankotsubo (I don't mean her back flying against Marie Rose, in that case seemed evident that she was using a taunt).

We never get a look at her free stepping in that trailer, so we don't know yet. I hope she flies though.

From first tease pictures I assumed she was dark and demonic but no she is too pert she can't be my main. (Actually I don't want main) She is bettter than Marie but I guess I will wait for next character reveal.
