I doubt Lisa's dead. This is DOA after all. If these people can handle being launched off of cliffs, falling down in millions of feet in the air (and live after landing, face first), then I'm sure they can handle something like this.

Why replace when you can just add them? Personally, I'd like to see the array of women be from several parts of the world. Not that a large number of Caucasian and Asian girls is a bad thing but this makes it sound like there should be some sort of limit to the best things in life.
