Why do I keep expecting Team Ninja to not make a game for pussies? This may be the first patch for any fighter that's 100% nerfs. Back to Tekken
Leon says hello for starters.
Now I'd like a patch to nerf this bubbly giggle giggle Hitomi personality and buff her to "I'll keep getting stronger, karate will kick all your asses" plz.
Make her wear the karate gi outfit and hope she gets that one win pose where she isn't ditzy.

Come on man, lets be a bit realistic here.
Rachel's stomp game was way too win/win whether it hit or miss.
It can't work like that.

Coming from SF .. you don't get that after a knockdown. Unblockables are planned to be removed, and theres always a way to turn things around thanks to invincible/unthrowable moves. option selects cover many options yes but not ALL options...

Rachel's stomp was silly and I'm glad they realized it.
There's no adapting when theres nothing to adapt to!
Except Rachel wasn't really a top tier as many people thought. In fact alot of folks were beginning to discover that she lost out to alot of the other top tiers. Heck, Wah himself said that she flat out lost to Bass.

Also, speaking of SF. We're not sure if unblockables are being taken out, especially since taking ti out might bring back unblockable Ultras from vanilla SFIV. Also, ComboFiend, who has final say on the balance changes has stated that vortex is an important part of SSFIV.

Eh it fits the theme for a spooky stage, but nothing notable about it. Character themes will still be on anyway for me.
character themes are on for everybody lol
i think the music selector made the stages in this game seem so much more epic and lively, circus stage is amazing with amped up DOA2 ost.

If anyone thinks her FT (which she could use in most every situation) should give her +frames on hit AND whiff as well as eliminate all wake-up kicks really needs to meet the rest of the cast.
The nerf on whiff is fine.

The nerf on startup basically cuts down her options to 9P before stomp. 6PK and 3PP are nearly useless now.

She doesn't having divine speed after whiffing her FT anymore, if that's what you mean.
No, I mean like, when I did her 4PPPP it seemed slower than usual. I don't know, I might not have been pressing it fast enough tbh.

I'mma try it in training. I think I might've been doing it too slow. And also, I was unaware of Rachel's 2K apparently being changed?? I tried to end a juggle with it like I usually do and got my ass handed to me by the computer. ;-;

Yeah, it's unsafe when whiffed now. Still +15 when it connects, though.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO K. This would've been good information to learn before trying to end combos with it now. Guess I need to go back to 6PKP instead of 6PK 2K OTL.
