-I found that to be quite interesting, only because I have witnessed myself Advanced players studying the game and breaking down strats to the finer details of the game. Practising to get perfect...I think the major difference between both groups, is that Americans want to be rewarded more for the effort they put in, and think more during the neutral game, but not wanting to so much everywhere else(during hit confirms and the like).Yohei Shimbori : There weren’t many opportunities to gather the DOA Japanese players together.
The only opportunity we had in the past to make a World tournament with Japanese, American, and European players, was World Cyber Games. Besides that, there wasn’t a possibility to make a head-to-head match between Japanese and American players. We really would like the Japanese to meet the US champions like Master and Vanessa, so we want to create a place where they can all meet up and face each other.
To compare them, Japanese players are more focused on details, and they will practice again and again until they perfect it. So the attention to detail and repetition are their strength. They think a lot when they’re playing. It would be great to see the Japanese players against the rest of the world.
Yes, I was hoping the same thing lol...I wish she asked them about stage DLC but it was a cool interview.
Who is that girl and why is she having close matches with a game designer? Most players in games are able to beat the makers of it with ease. She had arcade stick too and man was using 360 controller , which is what people call awful for fighting games.
I don't know, I mean Shimbori was kinda kicking her ass in the beginning. I'm not saying she's bad, I'm simply saying she doesn't play this game anywhere near as much as SCV, so she was probably warming up :/She is a top SCV player, and I'm sure she was just sandbagging. It's kind of obvious throughout the video since she isn't really playing aggressively except for a few rounds. Also, she hasn't really had much time to play the new build whereas the director is probably thinking about it/playing it everyday.
But you can see the way she plays at the beginning and then aggressive on the other rounds. She probably had some practice before playing and she gave a change for Shimbori to land hits and making things look on par. This stuff happens when doing some promotions overall so its no surprise the way the matches went.I don't know, I mean Shimbori was kinda kicking her ass in the beginning. Yohei Shimbori : Also another big reason why you should play Dead or Alive 5 is : There are many female characters! They are cute, and cheaper than in any other fighting game! (laughing)
They do take up slots unfortunately, there's Red, Blue, and White versions of the dress from what I heard. She also has her Black sexy dress, that new casual outfit, her circus outfit, her white bunny swimsuit and her CE swimsuit. Assuming you got everything that's 8 costumes. Hopefully, we'll get some more costumes for everyone through DLC and maybe more stages(I hope sooo much for this one)God I hope that Leifangs dress colors dont take up costume slots... But, they will. Cool interview though. Fell in love with Kayane after E3. She is too cool.
