I'd take it more as a learning experience than anything else. Just like when JCA won NEC, not only was I happy, but watching him helped me learn about other approaches to my character.

Unless you were bragging about being so great with said character, I see no reason to feel bad. Sounds like it could be a good experience tbh.

I remember back when I use to play Jacky and I thought I was pretty good. And then Crazy Steady stole that feeling away from me.

My Jacky is alot better now. :) I would love to pound Crazy Steady with him.

I haven't had this happen to me with my character (Nyo), but I think I can understand how that would feel. What I would do is use it as motivation to improve as that character, so that one day you can win.

While it does help as a bit of motivation, it kind of shadows how much I've actually improved as a player. I've yet to even attend a proper major. Then again he's a better player in general.

It may, but if Eliot's really the one you are most dedicated to, I say to keep improving as a player and one day your time will come.

Hey its not your fault.... you're a busy guy (I'm assuming).

Sometimes getting better requires you to travel and play against as many Great Player's as possible..... if you can attend more Tournies and sample more Skills from other players you will dominate.

I believe the correct term would be "broke" Lulu lol. I will continue to become better as time progresses of course. But I will never triumph in DOA5 I need to "git gud" when DOA6 comes out. That's my goal.
