Depends on how they play. If they're one of those move spammers, with annoying ass tactics. Constantly hit you when the game is over, then yeah, sometimes the taunt can be a bit annoying.

No and yes. Taunting does not annoy me, but taunting in combination with something else does. The example that comes to mind is when someone with an atrocious connection beats you with scrubby tactics during a slideshow-presentation of a match, and then has the nerve to taunt at the end.
