I'm assuming you mean 66H+K, K? since Sarah doesn't have a 66P+K and there is not H+P input. you only have one followup as it kicks the opponent away so you just dash into 66K
ah during step, nothing that move is negative if it's blocked it's a guaranteed throw punish, you should never use it honestly it has no benefit.
