@Hold_Junkie93: 'Limbo' refers to a certain type of stun: The limbo stun. If you're familiar with the Thai Limbo Dance and know how it looks like, the name 'limbo stun' should make perfect sense. It usually occurs when you're hitting the opponent in open stance.
Examples of moves that have the possibility to give a limbo stun are: Jann Lee's 4H+K, Ayane's 4H+K, Phase 4's 4P, Bass' 44P, Zack's 3KKKKK strings and variants, but also the move we're now adressing, namely Marie Rose's H+K Limbo Stun.
Now on to @XxLovelessGirlxX 's question, consisting of actually two questions. There is not really a way to guarantee a Limbo stun, because there only is a 50% chance it will give a limbo stun, depending on Closed - or Open Stance). So pay attention to the footwork to see which stance you are in and you know when you can hit the H+K with limbo stun.
A good setup for a Limbo Stun would be: 4K, 3P, H+K. But there are countless setups so try to find one that works the best for you. Now on to the 2nd question: How do you continue after you hit the opponent with H+K Limbo? The best options in my opinion are go for the launch: 7K or P+K.
After 7K you can continue with a combo as if you did a CB Combo (e.g. 7K - BT 4K - 9P - 6K - PP6PK). After P+K you can continue with PPP - PP6PK, or other combos if you prefer.
