You're better off not holding your breath, man. For the most part TN is on a leash in part of their being with Tecmo Koei. Only thing that they are going to focus on is costumes, and most likely just the offline scene. Those of us who get stuck playing online a lot are not a concern, only the casual players online would get any attention since they are the ones buying all the costumes .

which equals to them focusing on just getting out more costumes for them to buy. Us competitive players really are of little concern outside of offline tourneys.

Emperor stated how TN was trying to focus their efforts for improving the netcode, so it's not a matter that they discard or similar. However I'm starting to think that there are trade secrets behind the realization of a good worldwide netcode.

@KingGhidorah Even so the concern showned by TN to the offline scene it was memorable IMO, overall considering the different proportions of the development team and of the community compared to other fighting series.
