'Troll' long enough on wondertrade and you'll eventually get one. I was breeding for a shiny Chansey and putting them all up on WT and got at least 5 Torchicks. Wondertrade seems to be only 'trolls' and breeders.

You're not gonna get a Chansey in wondertrade. xD You can get them in friend safaris or on the GTS. I guess I could breed one if you really want.
