You want me to hop on PSN now and we can play a few matches? I guess if you want to learn to play Kokoro I can give some advice but honestly Bushido's guide is probably more helpful than I'll ever be.

Well I been playing all night and im tired but if you on later im down to play some games then. I tried asking you earlier but I guess you were busy.

Well I played Kokoro before but it didn't work so well lol. Maybe I can't do rushdown characters :/

Alright I should be on until about 9PM EST tonight so if you want to play some matches around then I'm up for it.

Kokoro's actually the character I started out with, and since I've only learned to play with her, I'm not really sure how she compares to other characters. I guess I'll figure out a little bit more about that when Marie Rose comes along.

That awesome. Funny thing is I first started out with Kasumi then realized she wasn't for me her style too rushdown and went to Jann Lee cause he good at zoning/spacing and can apply rushdown too.

Though from what I know Kokoro is a rushdown character.

I basically chose to play Kokoro because I liked her character, not so much the fighting style; I guess it grew on me as I started to figure her out.

As a side note, fuck Kasumi and Christie.

Kokoro's rushdown but her mid range game is great as well. She's not fast enough to really mash out of anything, though, and her defense is pretty horrible.

That why I chose Jann Lee because I like him plus I like the fighting style. Huge fan of JKD and Bruce Lee lol. Kasumi I like but I don't seem to flow too well with her.

lol you don't like those two much eh? Most ppp mash with them. When they do that just high crush them. I don't hate fighting anyone but I admit that Hayabusa can be a pain sometimes lol.

Christie and Kasumi players always seem to mash out of everything then go into mixups, with Kasumi free cancelling into throws so I can't punish and if I try striking I risk getting hit on counter. Christie just sidesteps me and then hits if I try delaying my strings by much. I figured out that 6PPP can hit her out of her SS, but I don't want to spam it because it'll definitely be held a lot.

Christie understandable since that Kokoro's bad match up but what helps me is going over Kasumi's and Christie's strings so you know what to expect. The move from Kasumi that makes me salty at times is that 66t move lol.

Try to make reads on opponent. Most mashers will survive on mid punches and high punches. As I said before after you hit them during stun wait for their reaction very useful to do .

I think that 66T could make anyone salty lol
I'll run through Christie's and Kasumi's command training a few times later today, but I definitely need more experience actually fighting against them both.
